Patriots Interested in David Bowens

The Patriots are reportedly interested in free agent defensive end David Bowens.  Bowens has been playing for Miami and has been a great backup / occasional starter.  He is a good pass rusher, and has been averaging 6 sacks a season over the last three years.  If the Patriots signed Bowens, born in 1977, he would likely compete with the most part dissapointing Marquise Hill.
