I personnally wouldn't bother me if he left, I'm not a McDaniels guy..,In the past three years, I haven't liked his play calling, too predicable,wrong situation calls, don't think he's that good. If Josh suceeds Belichick., "maybe" at that point he'd be ready, certainly no Charlie or Bill, and don't think he could bring them to the promise land.
