Hey Larry, GFY. Only a complete tool categorizes an entire fan base based off of how some of the people act. PatsFan does sound like a moron with the whole 'Stickumgate' nonsense. but making bias sweeping generalizations when you should know that all winning teams have fans who act like that is retarded.

I've seen allot of stupid packers fans, cowboys fans, giants fans, New York fans and yes, patriots fans. I've also seen allot of smart fans of other teams as well. I can tell you why people hate the patriots and it is the same reason why people hate the Yankees and are starting to hate on the Steelers - dominance. You either love it or hate it. Hell, go outside the United States, people either like and support you/our government or they despise you. same god damn thing. Now be so kind and stop perpetuating the same cycle of idiocy that Patfan is and learn to be objective and reasoning.

Oh and Patfan, seriously dude, get over it. We lost the game. Stop whining and acting like all the finger-pointing dipshits who say we should have an asterisk next to our championships. Suck it up, get over it, stop bitching.

Oh yeah Pat's Fan.. Tyree put extra stickum on his helmet "just in Case" because you never know when you will get hit in the head witha ball on a crucial down and have two guys on you pinning one hand to your side so you have to rely on the helmet to help catch the ball. Wow talk about being prepared.

So go ahead put an asterick in the record book that says "Tyree had stickum on his helmet". So then the Pat's can have two astericks by their names; one that says "caught cheating so we really didn't have a perfect season" and the other that says "would have one the Superbowl" but lost the game by someone having stickum on his head".

This just confirms why people hate the patriots. You guys are not only arrogant cheaters and poor sports, you are total idiots too.

You lost. Deal with it.

The media always promotes the corporate interests!

I've heard very little of the "stickum-gate" scandal since last night. Apparently David Tyree was found to have excessive amounts of stickum on his helmet, and there is video evidence of this. But are any of the media outlets picking up the story? To say it is a conspiracy is an understatement

Comcast Cable is the second largest contributor to "Senator Spectre". Comcast cable is based in Pennsylvania and has contributed a few bucks to Spectre's Senate race. In fact, during the last election cycle, Comcast ponied up $101,750 to his campaign, the Senator's second largest contributor after Blank Rome LLP.
FOLLOW THE MONEY!! Comcast Cable is in a huge war with the NFL network for broadcasting rights. Why bring up some voodoo senate investigation 3 days before the superbowl?
Let us also remember that in 2005 he was yammering about how the Eagles' handled the T.O. non-playing and his leaving. Then he backed off. Showboat.

Senator backs off threat of probe of T.O. issues
Senate Judiciary Committee doesn't have time, Specter saysHaraz N. Ghanbari
Nov. 29, 2005
PHILADELPHIA - Sen. Arlen Specter backed off a threat to have a Senate subcommittee investigate whether the NFL and the Philadelphia Eagles violated antitrust laws in their handling of Terrell Owens.
Specter, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said Tuesday that he talked to lawyers in the Department of Justice about the issue.
Follow The Money! SPECTRE (SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion) is a fictional terrorist organization featured in the British James Bond novels by Ian Fleming,. Led by evil genius and supervillain Ernst Stavro Blofeld, the organization first formally appeared in the novel Thunderball and in the movie Dr. No.

Deep Throat: No, heh, but it's touching. Forget the myths the media's created about the Patriots. The truth is, these are not very bright guys, and things got out of hand.
Bob Woodward: Hunt's come in from the cold. Supposedly he's got a lawyer with $25,000 in a brown paper bag.
Deep Throat: Follow the money.
Bob Woodward: What do you mean? Where?
Deep Throat: Oh, I can't tell you that.
Bob Woodward: But you could tell me that.
Deep Throat: No, I have to do this my way. You tell me what you know, and I'll confirm. I'll keep you in the right direction if I can, but that's all. Just... follow the money.

Lots of gamesmanship going on in the last day. Sad that there are people who hate so much they have to stoop to this.

Senator Arlen Specter is trying to distract the Pats. He asked for this explanation months ago. But, this isn't bad news. In fact you could call this good news. He is just fueling the Patriots' fire.
