Today, the Patriots are set to meet with free agent corner back Jason Webster.
Webster is an intriguing target, with Gay and Samuel gone. He is a little more physical than Samuel, although he doesn’t have the recovery, quickness, or ball skills.
Although he has been oft-injured the past two seasons, he could provide some needed depth in the defensive backfield.
