Well Connor is starting to make even more since now, just heard Mike is been traded to the Chiefs for draft picks. Can you think of a better pick with the 23rd pick? We get a great pass rusher and sure hand TE.

Yeah, the Shawn Nelson pick obviously no longer applies. If we could pick up a swing tackle that’d be pretty good.

I actually love using the 23rd on Connor, they guy is a beast. He is a much improved Mike and can provide a pass rush that we’ve been missing since Willie left. Love the rest of the picks except for Shawn Nelson, with the signing of Baker plus who’s on the roster now I think this pick should go to a WR with speed or backup OL.

Very solid picks. What about CB alphonso smith at 23? Dont know much about Frantz Joseph? He a good backer?

Yeah his board looks pretty good for us. However, I don’t think Barwin will fall to 47, although as you said, it would be awesome if he did.

The Patriots have definitely taken a strong look at Maualuga, more at the Senior Bowl than the combine. As you suggest, drafting an inside linebacker wouldn’t be a bad idea at all.

Don’t know much about Martin or Levitre yet.

2nd Round – Connor Barwin – DE/OLB – Cincinnati
2nd Round – Andy Levitre – G – Oregon State
3rd Round – Nic Harris – SS – Oklahoma
4th Round – Sherrod Martin – CB/FS – Troy

Looks just like your board, but if we could snag Barwin in the 2nd round, that would be huge.

Nothing is more fun than talking about the upcoming draft. Going to all 7 rounds is great and I can’t complain about any of your picks, but I would love to see an immediate impact ILB to pair with Mayo. Bruschi just doesn’t have it any more and Pierre Woods isn’t ready to play full time yet.
